Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, promoting comfort and dignity
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Provide transportation for appointments and errands
• Administer medications and monitor clients' health as outlined in care plans
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Prepare and serve meals based on clients' preferences and dietary needs Qualifications:
• Valid New Jersey CHHA certification
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
