Come work at the best place to give and receive care! ​Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dynamic team at Foundation Medical Partners / Southern NH Health. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population in Pepperell, MA .

Work Shift: M-F 8am-5pm - position will be in MA Solution.
