Job Summary

Ready to keep people, projects, and site access moving in the right direction? As an EPC Escort Coordinator, you’ll be the operational hub for escorting uncleared contractors and visitors across the Piketon site—balancing schedules, security requirements, training, equipment, and a steady stream of construction activity.

You’ll work at the intersection of security, construction, and project execution, partnering with project managers, construction superintendents, contractors, and site leadership to make sure the right people are in the right place, at the right time, and operating within the rules. If you’re organized enough to keep a dozen moving pieces straight, confident enough to enforce requirements, and comfortable working in a highly regulated environment, we’d like to hear from you.

What You Will Do

Coordinate the day-to-day EPC escort program, including scheduling escorts, tracking site access and movements, supporting contractors and visitors, and serving as the go-to resource for project teams. You’ll coordinate required escort and site-safety training, maintain qualification and compliance records, manage equipment and supply needs, support procurement activities, and ensure radios, PPE, badging materials, and other resources are ready when needed.

You’ll also use enterprise systems and Microsoft Office tools to maintain accurate logs, monitor program metrics, prepare reports, and help keep the escort program aligned with NRC requirements, site security plans, and Centrus procedures. We’d Love to Hear from People With: 3–5 years of experience in security operations, military, law enforcement, industrial security, or security coordination in a federal or regulated environment such as DOE, DoD, DHS, or NNSA Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing schedules, competing priorities, and detailed records Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to enforce security and site requirements professionally and diplomatically Experience coordinating training, maintaining training records, and tracking employee qualifications Experience coordinating procurement, supplies, equipment, or vendor activities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Ability to work throughout an active industrial/construction environment, including standing and walking for extended periods and working outdoors in varying weather conditions The ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance Bachelor's degree in business administration, criminal justice, security management, or a related field Master's degree in business administration or a related field Previous experience working at a nuclear, DOE, NNSA, or other highly regulated project site Experience coordinating access or escort programs for large-scale construction or EPC projects Familiarity with NRC requirements, site security plans, OPSEC, emergency action procedures, and controlled-access environments Experience with badging/access-control systems, learning management systems, ERP systems, or electronic security databases Experience supporting procurement of security equipment, PPE, communications equipment, or site supplies Experience preparing operational metrics, compliance reports, or audit-ready documentation Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a “Q” level security clearance A Successful Candidate Brings: Pay: Estimated Starting Base Salary Range: $54,299 - $90,499.
