We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Out-of-State Registration & Title Specialist to join our growing team and manage our multi-state titling pipeline.

Position Overview

As an Out-of-State Title Specialist, you will be our resident expert on cross-border vehicle transactions. You will manage the end-to-end documentation process required to register and title vehicles for out-of-state buyers and lease structures. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong state-by-state regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication skills to keep our deals moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Review out-of-state registration and titling packages accurately and efficiently. Deal Tracking: Maintain meticulous logs and scorecards of pending out-of-state deals, ensuring timely follow-up on missing signatures, power of attorney forms, or lienholder information. Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between our company, third-party titling agencies, out-of-state DMVs, and financial institutions.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex titling issues, rejections, or delays with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

& Skills Experience: 2+ years of automotive titling experience, with a heavy emphasis on out-of-state registrations and leases. Knowledge Base: Strong familiarity with multi-state tax laws, DMV paperwork structures, and lien recording processes. Tech-Savvy: Proficient with spreadsheet tracking (Google Sheets/Excel) and automotive dealership management systems (DMS).

Organization: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload without sacrificing accuracy. Communication: Clear, professional, written, and verbal communication skills.
