Lead Superintendent

The Lead Superintendent is Morgan Group’s onsite representative and is ultimately responsible for the onsite performance of the overall project schedule and budget. The Lead Superintendent shall supervise all onsite staff including Project Engineers, Assistant Superintendent’s, Subcontractors, Consultants, and Vendors on a daily basis.

This supervision shall ensure adequate manpower is available for each task and is compliant with work to be performed. The Lead Superintendent is to provide direction and resolve problems amongst 40+ subcontractors and vendors.
