A CHEF FOR CHEFS Join the Noma kitchen - cooking staff meal for your fellow chefs. You'll be directed in how we do things, corrected when you get it wrong, and built into an essential part of a team that gives it all every day. In return, you get your own station, comfortable hours, and the trust to run your own service your way.

Good for someone proving themselves as a cook and just as good for someone experienced who wants real demands without the grind of a full service kitchen. THE WORK Staff meal is something at the very core of our production, as it feeds and sustains every employee giving their best at Noma with high nutritional value. PRACTICALITIES Wednesday to Saturday is the heavy work, two services a day for the full team, roughly 85 people.

Breakfast is the same every day. Lunch is a new menu every day, yours to build. WHAT YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR You run staff meals day to day. You will report to the Head Chef at Noma. Kitchen management helps set the standard with you but you're the one who keeps it for every service. WHAT WE EXPECT You have at least 5 years in professional kitchens You care about flavour and nutrition, not just getting food out You can hold a fixed standard for breakfast and still bring something new to lunch every single day You can follow someone else's standard without losing what makes you good at your job You're organized and skilled enough that comfortable hours never mean less care You treat hospitality as part of the job, not separate from it You hold an EU passport, or a permanent work permit in Denmark WHAT YOU BUILD You help build an internal recipe book that sets the standard for staff meal at Noma.
