Regional Sales Managers for Mid-West Region and West Region

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the identification, development, and closure of large aftermarket retrofit, rebuild, modernization, and upgrade opportunities across the North American installed equipment base. This position works closely with customers, engineering, service, project management, and business leadership teams to develop technical solutions that improve equipment performance, reliability, productivity, safety, and sustainability.

The role requires strategic account management, consultative selling skills, and the ability to manage complex capital project sales cycles.
