Mental Health Professional - Kadimah PROS

Kadimah PROS is seeking a passionate, high-energy Mental Health Professional to join our innovative, clinical group focused program in Brooklyn. We are dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and growth-oriented learning environment for both our staff and the adults (18+) we serve who are living with severe mental illness.

In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative clinical team that values empathy, cultural awareness, and professional development. You’ll provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices while helping foster a safe, respectful space where clients can learn, heal, and thrive.

Responsibilities

Deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices Maintain a full caseload with timely and accurate documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes) Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary clinical team Support clients in building skills for recovery and independence What We’re Looking For: A warm, empathetic, and culturally competent clinician Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and computer skills Experience with mental health and substance use disorders preferred Knowledge of crisis management and de-escalation skills is a plus Valid NYS license or limited permit in one of the following: MSW, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT, MFT, CAT, or LCAT Why Join Kadimah PROS?
