This is a full-time position across a Tue – Sat roster A proven leader with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop a high-performing team Results-driven, commercially astute and motivated about achieving business goals Experienced in managing sales targets, KPIs and store performance with efficiency and care Organised, strategic and adaptable with strong problem-solving and communication skills Experienced in the flooring, interiors or building industry is advantageous Lead, coach and support the whole team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales across all channels and achieve KPIs.
