LEAD Associate
Job description
LEAD is a leadership and management development program. Scheduled to begin in July 2027, this program offers onsite training at the bank’s headquarters in Suffolk, VA. The first half of the program is spent in specific job rotations throughout our headquarters in Hampton Roads. The second half of the program is spent in specific on-the-job training in a selected Career Track (see below) within one of Towne’s regions.
