IT Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

Position Summary

The IT Quality Analyst serves as the quality assurance liaison between IT technical teams, Business Analysts, project teams, vendors, and business users. The Analyst develops a strong understanding of business requirements, functional designs, expected outcomes, and approved project scope, then independently designs and executes testing to verify that new or modified software functions according to user requirements and ECHO standards before it is provided to business users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
