Sahara Ave, Las Vegas NV Full-Time- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Experience Required: 2–3 years front office experience in a healthcare setting ‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements ‎ About the Role The Patient Care Specialist (PCS) is the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, supportive clinic experience. This position supports the clinical care team through excellent customer service, accurate scheduling, and efficient administrative operations. ‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements ‎ Key Responsibilities Patient Greeting — Welcome and direct patients and visitors with professionalism. Customer Service — Resolve issues promptly and maintain a positive patient experience. Scheduling & EMR Updates — Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records. Outreach — Complete reminder calls, emails, and other outreach tasks. Phone Management — Answer high ‑ volume, multi ‑ line calls using urgent/emergent protocols. Insurance Verification — Verify eligibility, collect copays, and coordinate with insurers. Payment Collection — Process payments at time of service. Administrative Support — Perform general office duties and maintain supply inventory. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and clinic safety policies.

Requirements
