Junior Secondary Design Engineer (f/m/d)

How You’ll Make an Impact Help design protection and control panels for HV/MV substations, including circuit diagrams, wiring schematics, and assembly drawings.

Support the creation of key engineering documents such as single-line diagrams, communication network architectures, and protection block diagrams. Contribute to auxiliary system design by assisting with AC/DC calculations, cable sizing, and battery sizing activities. Work alongside senior engineers to review customer specifications and develop technical solutions that meet project requirements.

Collaborate with engineering specialists and suppliers while preparing technical documentation, equipment specifications, and cable schedules. Participate in project meetings, track engineering progress, and help ensure all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards. What You Bring A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience gained through university projects, internships, coursework, or thesis work in power systems, substations, or electrical engineering is an advantage. Solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and a genuine interest in secondary protection and control systems. Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.

Confidence working in collaborative, multicultural teams and effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
