Boat Builder-Assembly

BOAT BUILDER-ASSEMBLY SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assembling and installing components, hardware, seating, accessories, and other equipment throughout the sportfishing boat construction and production process.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous boat manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, automotive, RV, construction, carpentry, mechanical assembly, or other skilled trades are encouraged to apply. Reading and interpreting work orders, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly and installation in accordance with company quality standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Measuring, fitting, assembling, and installing boat components using hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment. Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a production team. Demonstrate dependable attendance, maintain high standards of quality workmanship, follow established safety procedures, and keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
