Project Manager Swagelok Southeast Texas | La Porte, TX Department: Technical Services Swagelok Southeast Texas is looking for a Project Manager to join our Technical Services team in La Porte, TX! Are you highly organized, enjoy bringing teams together, and take pride in seeing projects through from start to finish? We are looking for someone who can coordinate complex projects, build strong customer relationships, and keep things moving forward.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Manager will oversee Assembly Solutions orders from the certified drawing stage through final fulfillment and shipment. This position plays an important role in coordinating activities across Engineering, Scheduling, Sales, Shop Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure projects are completed on time, meet quality expectations, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the fulfillment process while managing schedules, coordinating resources, resolving challenges, and keeping internal teams aligned.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage Assembly Solutions projects from certified drawings through final fulfillment and shipment. Coordinate with Engineering, Scheduling, Sales, Shop Operations, and Warehouse teams to keep projects on track. Manage project schedules, milestones, priorities, and customer-committed delivery dates. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project updates, progress, and potential challenges.

Coordinate project activities including approvals, procurement, fabrication, testing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), crating, and shipping. Lead project meetings and communicate priorities with key stakeholders. Identify potential delays, resource constraints, missing materials, and other obstacles, and coordinate solutions.

Ensure established quality plans and testing procedures are followed. Support customer involvement during FAT/SAT preparation, facility tours, and onsite follow-up. Identify opportunities to improve project execution, communication, and delivery performance. Promote teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience managing projects, schedules, and stakeholder communication, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience communicating and working directly with customers. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of challenges.

Experience coordinating across departments and working with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of project scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management. Proficiency with SAP Business One required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. General knowledge of fluid system components and applications preferred.
