Job Description Part of Commercial leasing team based in Singapore responsible for leasing activities; formulating and executing leasing strategies for commercial properties within the Company’s portfolio.

Support the Leasing team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment which requires partnering with brokers, research, marketing, finance and coordinators to help in the overall success of the leasing strategies. Role provides exposure to all aspects of the business in an excelling market with high visibility and the opportunity to be an integral part of the dynamic Commercial Leasing team.

Responsibilities

Attend to leasing enquiries received and work with Leasing team to provide work space solutions for consideration by prospects. Engage tenants together with Leasing team to understand and formulate work space solutioning for tenants and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships. Support leasing managers with leasing related activities below which include but not limited to: o Formulate, develop, and implement leasing strategies o Customize marketing materials o Manage deal transactions o Attend to tenancy-related matters and work with relevant department to resolve and address tenant concern.
