& Competencies Technical Skills Knowledge of: Stator winding processes Electrical parameters (Resistance, Insulation) Fan motor construction Understanding of: Process controls & QC tools Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma Qualification & Experience Education: B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) Preferred Background Experience in: High-volume manufacturing (Electrical or automobile) Automated or semi-automated winding & testing Lines Exposure to: ISO / IMS systems Continuous improvement culture
