This is an on-site role located in Boise, Idaho. Hybrid work may be considered after introductory period. What You’ll Do Prepare accurate and timely financial statements Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Support annual profit planning and budgeting Assist with audits and tax filings Collaborate cross-functionally for financial reporting Help implement and improve accounting systems and policies Participate in exciting cross-functional projects What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field 3 years of progressive accounting experience Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Strong understanding of GAAP Analytical mindset with attention to detail Excellent communication and time management skills Benefits We Offer: Comprehensive healthcare coverage Retirement savings plans with company match Generous paid time off and holidays Professional development and training opportunities
