Program Manager Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid after training) Department: Operations Reports To: Operations Manager Classification: Non-Exempt (Full-Time) Compensation: $25–$30/hour ($52,000–$62,000 annually) About My Education Solutions (MES) At My Education Solutions (MES), our mission is simple but powerful: We help clients successfully manage their student loan debt through counseling, enrollment, and administrative support for Federal Student Loan Forgiveness programs—so they can live the life they envisioned when they chose to further their education.

Position Overview
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is equally strong with people, process, and performance. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring all client processes—especially payment management and program execution—are handled with precision and accountability.
This role requires someone who is a true leader, comfortable managing all facets of a team, including coaching, accountability, and, when necessary, termination. A critical component of success in this role is strong proficiency in Zoho Modules and CRM. You will use Zoho to manage workflows, track KPIs, monitor team performance, and drive operational improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who: Is a natural people person and influencer, and enjoys leading others Is comfortable holding a team accountable to clear KPIs and performance standards Can confidently manage the full employee lifecycle (coaching, performance management, and termination when needed) Thrives in a structured, fast-paced, and high-accountability environment Uses systems, technology, and data (especially Zoho) to drive decisions and results What You’ll Do Team Leadership & Management Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, and terminations when necessary Create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions KPI & Performance Management Set, track, and enforce team KPIs using Zoho CRM dashboards and reporting tools Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency across the team Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans Client & Financial Operations Oversee client communication regarding programs and payments Ensure accurate and timely processing, collection, and reporting of all client payments Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism Oversight, Auditing & Compliance Monitor and audit payment activity, collections, and vendor disbursements Ensure all processes are compliant, accurate, and completed within required timelines Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information Process Improvement & Systems Management Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions—especially within Zoho workflows and automation Optimize systems to improve tracking, reporting, and operational visibility Lead special projects and internal audits What We’re Looking For We are seeking a strong leader who is both people-focused and results-driven.
Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Compliance, Financial Services, or similar field Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field Proven experience managing and leading teams Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (REQUIRED) Core Competencies Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and manage a team Comfortable holding employees accountable to performance standards and KPIs Ability to make sound decisions regarding performance management, and terminations Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage repetitive, time-sensitive tasks with consistency and accuracy Confident communicator, both internally and with clients Analytical thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Ability to leverage Zoho modules and CRM to drive efficiency, visibility, and accountability High level of integrity and professionalism Why Join MES?
