Now platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, industry best practices, and platform capabilities. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into scalable and sustainable Service. Now solutions. Defining and enforcing Service. Now governance standards, including architecture principles, design patterns, and development guidelines.

Evaluating existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and integration within the Service. Now platform. Developing technical roadmaps and solution architectures to support the long-term evolution of the Service. Now platform. Providing technical leadership and mentorship to Service.

Now developers, administrators, and other team members. Staying current with Service. Now releases, features, and functionality, assessing their potential impact and value to the organization. Leading proof-of-concept initiatives and prototype new solutions to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed Service.

What it takes: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing Service. Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. Expert-level knowledge of Service. Now platform capabilities, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM). Proven experience designing and implementing complex Service.

Now workflows, integrations, and custom applications. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including integration patterns, security frameworks, and scalability requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Strong leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Service. Now Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Engineer (CIE), or other relevant certifications are a plus.
