Ability to average 14,000+ miles/month CDL-A with clean MVR 2+ years verifiable OTR experience Reefer experience preferred No DUI/DWI in past 5 years Current DOT medical card Pass drug test & background check THE COMPANY We're a small outfit of hard runners out of Idaho - moving food products direct for our customers.

Known in our area for moving fast and putting on big miles consistently. In 2025 we averaged just over 3,600 miles a week per driver across 21 seats and we're adding a couple this quarter. THE MONEY 2025 pay range: $80,000 – $1118,000 Fleet-wide average: $95,000 Routed miles Monthly mileage bonuses Weekly drive time bonuses Paid for layover, detention, extra stops, breakdowns THE EQUIPMENT 2023+ trucks and trailers Fridge, microwave, inverter, bunk heater 75 mph No engine idle shutdown THE ROUTES & FREIGHT No-touch, refrigerated freight 3,600 miles average weekly Live loads and drop & hook 80% dedicated, direct customer freight THE HOME TIME Mandatory two weeks notice for home-time (flexible on amount of time off) Flights home provided (with minimum of two week notice) You control it.
