Executive Meeting Manager at Renaissance Austin Downtown Hotel

Join our Sales team! This position is designed to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction to external clients and internal partners with the goal of garnering both repeat and referral business from client base. In addition to maintaining existing business, this position will be responsible for finding new business and saturating existing accounts and/or segments.

This role serves as liaison between the customer, the Sales and the Event Management team. It requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The expectation is to maintain ownership of the client relationship and ensure accurate, timely, and detailed communication throughout the entire event lifecycle.
