JOB POSTING Department: Retail Location: South West Oklahoma & North Texas (Lawton) Position: Retail Area Manager Status: Full-time Rate of Pay: Based on Experience Duties/Responsibilities: The Retail Area Manager is responsible to help hire, train and supervise retail and warehouse/transportation staff to include the Store Management team, as needed, giving oral and written communications regarding work performance as necessary.

May involve walking, bending, and stretching, as well as lifting and moving donations and retail fixtures.

Qualifications

Punctual and goal oriented, with excellent communication skills. Able to work a flexible schedule. Experience as a supervisor preferred, but will train the right person.
