Job Title: Junior Payments, Risk & Fraud Analyst Location: Belgrade (Hybrid) Company: Workanova Department: Payments / Risk & Fraud Employment Type: Full-time (Shift-based) Role Overview: We are looking to hire a Junior Payments, Risk & Fraud Analyst to join our growing team in Belgrade. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and analytical, with an interest in payments, fraud prevention, and risk management within the online gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer withdrawals accurately and in a timely manner, in line with internal policies Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, including document verification and account validation Investigate and resolve missing or delayed transactions (both deposits and withdrawals) Conduct risk assessments on player accounts and payment activity Monitor accounts for potential fraud, suspicious behavior, and bonus abuse Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior team members when necessary Communicate effectively with internal teams (Customer Support, VIP, Compliance, etc.)

Liaise with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) regarding transaction-related issues Maintain accurate records of investigations, KYC checks, and actions taken Follow internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices Requirements Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Good organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Basic understanding of payments, fraud, or risk (preferred but not mandatory) Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays Working Conditions: 40 hours per week Shift-based schedule (including weekends and public holidays) Hybrid working model available Benefits What We Offer: Opportunity to grow within Payments, Risk & Fraud Exposure to the online gaming industry Supportive and collaborative team environment Competitive salary Private health care Happy Friday
