Business Analyst – Microsoft Power Platform

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and review business processes and functional requirements Define business and system requirements and create related documentation Design, propose, and implement IT solutions mainly based on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Lead solution design using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Lists, Planner, etc.

Support development planning, system design, development, testing, and release Coordinate system integration with existing internal systems Support UAT, resolve issues, and communicate with end users Manage stakeholders including end users, IT teams, and vendors Provide post-go-live support, incident handling, and continuous improvement Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst or equivalent Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint) Experience in requirements definition, system design, development, and testing (SDLC) Hands-on technical understanding to design and review solutions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience mentoring or leading developers Background in financial services or regulated industries is a plus Nice to Have: Agile development experience Project management experience for small to mid-sized projects Experience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms Cloud experience (Azure, AWS)
