Property Manager - Enclave at Roswell

Pegasus Residential is seeking an experienced, results-driven property manager to lead Enclave at Roswell, a 236-unit multifamily community in Roswell, Georgia.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with at least 4 years of multifamily property management experience, strong financial and operational knowledge, and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams. This individual will be responsible for driving occupancy, maximizing revenue, controlling expenses, improving resident retention, and maintaining exceptional property standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in Yardi and CRM platforms is required, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
