Job Description Corporate Secretariat is responsible for providing a focal point for communication with the Board of Directors, senior management, and the firm's shareholders, and will occupy a key role in the administration of critical corporate matters.

Responsibilities include

corporate governance issues, mergers and acquisitions, and other activities. The Corporate & Business Administration function is responsible for a wide range of activities supporting corporate and business unit needs. Activities include administrative support, ancillary support, business resilience and security, corporate real estate, and more.
