Your Mission Join us in building our new logistics site in Poznań. In this role, you will play a key part in the successful ramp-up and launch of our new 3PL-operated fulfillment center. During the first months, your focus will be on coordinating and implementing all operational preparations on-site together with internal stakeholders and our future logistics service provider.

After go-live, you will ensure stable and efficient warehouse operations while driving continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

Support the ramp-up and operational launch of our new fulfillment center in Poznań Coordinate on-site implementation activities, including warehouse setup, workstations, storage areas and operational processes Act as BESTSECRET's operational representative on-site and coordinate all relevant stakeholders Manage and monitor the performance of the external logistics service provider Ensure smooth warehouse operations across inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound processes Define, monitor and analyse KPIs and service levels Review capacity planning, staffing levels and operational performance of the service provider Collaborate closely with Operational Excellence to implement process standards and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with process documentation, work instructions and quality standards Act as key contact for internal departments including Supply Chain Management, Shipping & Transportation, IT, Supply, Finance and Controlling Your Profile Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a comparable qualification Minimum 3 years of professional experience in logistics, warehousing or fulfillment operations Experience in warehouse start-ups, ramp-up projects or new site implementations is highly desirable Experience working with external logistics providers (3PL) is an advantage Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes Hands-on mentality and willingness to work on-site in a dynamic start-up environment Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to drive results while building collaborative relationships with internal and external partners Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems as well as MS Office Fluent Polish (C1) and English (B2); German is a plus What Makes You Successful Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset Strong organizational skills High level of ownership and accountability Assertiveness combined with empathy Ability to work independently in an evolving environment What We Offer Unique opportunity to build and shape a new BESTSECRET logistics operation from day one High visibility role with direct impact on the success of our Poznań site International working environment with close collaboration across multiple departments Long-term development opportunities within a growing logistics organization #LI-LZ1 At BESTSECRET, diversity isn't just a trend – it's our professional philosophy.
