• Saree department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Kalki brand and a proven track record of driving sales in the Saree segment. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Saree department. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that drive sales.

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in sales, specifically in the Saree department. Demonstrated expertise in the Kalki brand and products. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
