Bath Planet of Inland Empire is looking for motivated, confident, and coachable individuals to join our growing sales team as In-Home Design Consultants! You'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in remodeling their bathrooms, present customized solutions, and help them transform their homes.

What You'll Do

Visit homeowners at scheduled appointments with people who have requested information about bathroom remodeling. Design Custom Solutions: Help customers explore bath and shower remodeling options that fit their needs, preferences, and budgets. Present and Sell: Deliver engaging in-home presentations, explain product benefits, present pricing, and confidently guide customers through the buying process.

Close the Deal: Build trust, overcome objections, and help homeowners move forward with their remodeling projects. Follow a Proven Sales System: Use our established sales process and technology to manage appointments and maximize opportunities. Learn and Improve: Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to sharpen your skills and increase your performance.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are hungry to succeed, enjoy working with others, and are willing to learn. You may be a great fit if you are: Outgoing, personable, and comfortable talking with new people. Confident communicating and presenting ideas. Coachable and open to feedback. Comfortable meeting customers in their homes and guiding them through a purchasing decision. Sales experience is a plus, but it's not required. We welcome candidates from retail, hospitality, automotive sales, customer service, real estate, and other customer-facing backgrounds. If you have the right attitude and a strong desire to succeed, we'll help you develop your sales skills.
