The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for driving proactive recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent for Treasure Island Resort & Casino. Moving beyond traditional recruiting, this role focuses on building robust talent pipelines, enhancing the candidate experience, and elevating our employer brand across hospitality, gaming, and operational departments.
