Compensation

$15.00/hr base wage (W-2), always paid and never deducted from or recovered against commission. Plus commission on new business only: 30% on agency-provided leads and 45% on self-generated business during your first 90 days, increasing to 40% / 55% after the 90-day review if production targets are met. Overtime is paid per Nevada law.

Commission depends on individual production and is not guaranteed. Full-time, in-office in Henderson, NV.
