What You’ll Do Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist Help residents improve safety, independence, and participation in everyday activities Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident’s needs and goals Complete timely and accurate documentation Communicate and collaborate with OTs, nursing, other therapy team members, residents, and families What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Pennsylvania COTA license Strong communication and teamwork skills A kind, dependable, resident-centered approach An interest in working with older adults Part-Time Benefits PTO accrual with unlimited rollover Paid holidays 401(k) Unlimited access to CEU360 continuing education Support from an experienced and accessible clinical leadership team PRN We know flexibility is often the reason people choose PRN work, so we try to keep it flexible.
