About The Role

If you’re an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for the next step in your career, this could be a brilliant role for you! Our cutting-edge Distribution Centre in Hull dispatches roughly 300 pallets and 8,000 parcels daily to 25,000 customers across the UK and Ireland. As a Senior Warehouse Operative, you’ll manage a small team within our DC to achieve our objectives, being responsible for driving performance as well as taking on people management responsibilities such as managing sickness, absence, holidays and workload.

The shift pattern for the role is rotational between 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday, with no contractual weekend or bank holiday working.

Key responsibilities include
