ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Founding Account Executive for full-cycle enterprise sales. This hybrid role involves managing the entire sales cycle with senior stakeholders at public and pre-IPO companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage complete sales cycle: discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
• Engage C-suite executives including CFOs, General Counsels, and Corporate Secretaries
• Partner with SDR/BDR teams on pipeline sourcing and deal progression
• Develop pricing strategy and sales playbook for the transfer agency market
• Translate complex regulatory concepts into executive guidance ROLE REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years enterprise sales experience in regulated, complex B2B environments
• Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders
• Ability to rapidly master complex regulatory domains
• Full-cycle sales ownership with pipeline accountability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• CRM proficiency and forecasting accuracy
• Bachelor's degree
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Chicago, SF, LA, Boston, or NYC NICE TO HAVES
• Direct equity management or transfer-agent software sales background

• Experience selling technical/API-driven products
• IPO or public-company lifecycle exposure
• High-growth startup background
• Existing C-suite relationships COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base: $80,000–$150,000
• OTE: $160,000–$300,000 (50/50 split, uncapped commission)
