Founded in Ukraine, scaling worldwide About your role: We are looking for a Financial and Compliance Controller. This role offers the scale and complexity of managing financial operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions, ensuring high-quality reporting and compliance with IFRS/US GAAP.
You will build and optimize internal controls, financial processes, and reporting frameworks, while overseeing group-level closing, cash flow, and audit readiness. Working cross-functionally with Accounting, Legal, Tax, and Product teams, you’ll drive financial transparency, support budgeting and performance analysis, and contribute to strategic decision-making, directly impacting the company’s efficiency, risk management, and long-term growth.
