Job Description: The Record and Parts Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to the Group VI Aviation maintenance team. This position is responsible for supporting maintenance operations through work order administration, records support, parts procurement, inventory coordination, and reporting activities. This role works closely with aviation mechanics, vendors, and leadership to help ensure aircraft maintenance activities are completed efficiently and accurately.
