Our first and foremost path of this company is to build on continuing a workplace which demands mutual respect for each and everyone in our team, Provide our customers with the best possible repair of their vehicle at a reasonable cost and gain the trust and respect from our customers Responsibilities Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage Write accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE (preferred) Upload photos, estimates, and documentation to insurance portals Communicate clearly with customers and insurance adjusters Identify additional damage and write supplements Coordinate repair flow with technicians and parts department Review repair plans to ensure safe, OEM-compliant repairs Deliver excellent customer service throughout the repair process Pay & Benefits Competitive compensation (based on experience) Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Benefits 401(k) with company matching Management growth potential and advancement opportunities Ongoing training and professional development Stable, team-oriented work environment Qualifications: Experience as an Auto Body Collision Estimator (required) Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and labor operations Experience with estimating software (CCC ONE) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple estimates at once Attention to detail and strong documentation skills Valid driver’s license Preferred (Not Required) I-CAR and/or ASE certifications Experience in an independent body shop environment
