This position reports to: Planning & Fulfillment Specialist __ Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement.

Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is: On Site. This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Juarez. You will be mainly accountable for: ​​Support inventory control and inventory accuracy initiatives.

Develop and maintain inventory dashboards and KPI reporting. Analyze inventory discrepancies and identify root causes. Support cycle count programs and annual physical inventories. Collect, validate and analyze warehouse operational data. Create reports, dashboards and performance metrics using Excel/Power BI. Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on inventory management.

Assist in SAP inventory transactions monitoring and reconciliation.

Qualifications

for the role (Mandatory) Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills. Basic knowledge of Data Analysis and reporting. Basic understanding of HSE standards and workplace safety. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. Power BI, Power Apps knowledge is a plus.

Interest in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Operations. Basic knowledge of MRP, SAP, and Oracle systems. Basic knowledge of Supply Chain, inventory, and material planning. Students pursuing a degree in International Relations, Business, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field, with approximately one year remaining before graduation.
