PACE Home Care Supervisor RN (Modesto & Merced PACE)

Under the direct supervision of the PACE Director of Center Operations, the Home Care Supervisor RN is responsible for coordination, supervision, and delivery of home care services for PACE participants. Supervises staff in their daily activities to ensure the delivery of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory and state guidelines. Supervision of Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) delivery assistance with participant’s activities in the center and home environments.

Location: Modesto County and Merced County. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm

Compensation

$55.28 - $64.64 per hour
