Warranty Lead

At Hopewell, we believe the homeowner experience doesn't end at possession. As Warranty Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring our homeowners feel supported, informed and cared for throughout their warranty journey. This is a hands-on lead role that combines customer care, problem-solving and team collaboration. You'll support the day-to-day operations of the Warranty team, help resolve homeowner concerns, identify recurring issues and work with internal teams and trade partners to drive continuous improvement. You'll lead by example, balancing empathy and professionalism while helping deliver an exceptional homeowner experience.
