The Care Champion Delivers everyday care with skill and confidence, uses CNA abilities like reliable go-to powers, encourages resident independence, and offers helpful guidance to fellow CNAs.

The Respect Defender Treats every resident with dignity, protects their rights and belongings, helps maintain a safe, supportive environment, and uses feedback to grow stronger in their role. The Knowledge Keeper Keeps certification active, stays on top of continuing education, shows up for required trainings, and follows policies and regulations with steady reliability.
