Job Description Timberland Stockroom Assistant — 12 Hours Overview Are you organised, reliable and passionate about working as part of a fast-paced retail team? Timberland is looking for a Stockroom Assistant to join our team on an 12-hour, part-time seasonal contract. You’ll play an important role in keeping our stockroom organised and ensuring our footwear, clothing and accessories are ready for the shop floor, helping the team deliver a great customer experience.

Contract Details 12 hours per week 2 x 6-hour shifts Fully flexible Monday to Friday Part-time permanent contract Key Responsibilities Receive, check and process deliveries efficiently and accurately. Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised stockroom. Organise footwear, clothing and accessories by style and size so stock is easy to locate.

Replenish the shop floor promptly, maintaining product availability and presentation. Support inventory management, stock counts and stock transfers. Ensure products are accurately labelled and stored in the correct locations. Work closely with the sales team to locate stock and meet customer and business needs. Follow company policies and health and safety procedures at all times.

What We’re Looking For Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic. Good teamwork and communication skills. A practical approach and confidence handling deliveries and moving stock safely. Previous stockroom, warehouse or retail experience is beneficial but not essential.

Flexibility to work scheduled shifts Monday to Friday.
