Charge Nurse - Med-Surg FT Nights

This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus Renders professional nursing care to patients assigned in a Med-Surg unit, in support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to objectives and policies of the hospital. Work encompasses direct and indirect care patient care and collaboration with other disciplines involved in the provision of care.

Minimum Education: Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing Minimum Experience: RN license with at least 1 year of experience on med-surg Required Certification: BLS, PALS, ACLS Required Licensure: Valid Texas RN license FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary Grade: Note – Required certifications are to be completed by 2 months of employment.
