• One to Two Days/week $38 - $48 per hour (experienced-based) Join a collaborative team to provide assessments, short-term focused therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment plans Eight-hour days - preferably two day/week (will consider one day/week) MEDIKO is celebrating 30 years as a national comprehensive correctional healthcare company Job Summary: The Licensed Mental Health Provider (LCSW or LPC) will deliver mental health services to patients in a correctional healthcare setting, including assessments, therapy, and treatment planning for individuals with mental health disorders. This role will ensure the delivery of evidence-based care, maintain accurate patient records, and collaborate with medical and clinical staff to provide comprehensive patient care. The Licensed Mental Health Provider will also work to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications

Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor Associate licenses cannot be accepted at this time 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a correctional healthcare or similar environment. Experience in roles that involve direct patient care or administrative support in a regulated environment is preferred.

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures as they relate to the correctional setting is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, adhere to protocols, and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, structured environment. Active CPR/BLS certificate required (American Heart Association/American Red Cross guideline approved).
