What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair guest room and public area maintenance issues
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance in all guest rooms
• Conduct major mechanical inspections and repairs
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
• Handle routine work orders with speed and accuracy
• Complete exterior upkeep including grounds, lighting, and signage
• Monitor and coordinate outside vendors and contractors
• Support and enforce the hotel's risk management and safety programs
• Ensure guest and employee safety at all times
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel maintenance or related experience preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders as needed
• Basic computer or mobile app skills for work order tracking
• Availability for occasional on-call or emergency response
