• We're Hiring! 🌟 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm Pay: £13.25 per hour Location: Hybrid (2/3 days office/hybrid working; must live within close proximity to our Camberley office: Priory Court 1, Tuscan Way, Camberley, GU15 3YX. Help families navigate the moments that matter. As a Customer Experience Team Member, you'll be the first point of contact for families across the UK supporting enquiries related to bookings, enrolments, billing and Child Care Subsidy matters. This is more than a customer service role. You'll investigate enquiries, solve problems, and guide families through complex situations while delivering a positive customer experience. Why join us? You'll bring : Customer service experience in a contact centre, collections, hospitality, retail, education, or similar environment Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Confidence working across multiple systems Empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive matters We’re JAG — and we believe every child deserves to feel safe, inspired, and full of joy!
