Job Title: Central Billing Specialist FLSA Status: Non exempt Type: Full time POSITION OVERVIEW The Central Billing Specialist will be responsible for billing Central Billing Accounts related to Commercial Tire’s Strategic Accounts.

The position will be responsible for actual billing and ensuring the accuracy of such billing. The Billing Specialist will also assist with projects, work with the Strategic Account Team on reconciliation issues. Beyond Central Billing duties, this person will explore and recommend ways to enhance our customers overall experience related to customer invoices, statements, and related processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Central Billing accounts process creation and documentation. Maintaining the billing system and customer records Generating invoices Maintaining accounts receivable files and records Assist with producing certain monthly metrics reports Investigating and resolving any irregularities or questions/disputes Work with stores, dealers, and the sales department with billing questions Other duties as assigned COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Attention to Detail Business Acumen Process Management Listening Work well with all levels of staff Strong Microsoft Suite skills – focus on Excel.

QUALIFICATIONS

– preferred 18 years of age or older (required) 5 plus years’ experience in business Experience in a growing team environment desired ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL FUNCTIONS Physical Demands :

• Standing: 5% | Walking: 20% | Sitting: 75%
• Frequent sitting, and seldom standing, twisting, and walking on uneven surfaces
• Occasional lifting/carrying: up to 10 lbs;
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for grasping and dexterity, seldomly at or above shoulder height
• Constant visual, auditory, and verbal communication required Work Environment :
• Constantly inside during shift work, and seldom extended days may be required
