Position Summary

AB Facility Services is seeking a dependable Night Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our client location.

Responsibilities include

trash removal, restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing common areas, and general upkeep of the facility. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently during evening and weekend shifts. Prior cleaning or custodial experience is preferred but not required. Performs cleaning duties such as: washing walls and glass and removing trash.

• Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs.
• Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
• Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum all carpets wall to wall.
• Clean and Sanitize Restrooms.
• Sweep all hard surface floors.
• Clean and sanitize drinking fountain.
• Spot clean metal doorframes and door tracks.
• Damp mop all hard surface floors.
• Clean all entrance door glass on both sides and polish frames.
• Dust all ledges.
• Clean all glass/windows.
• Remove all trash collected.
• Clean and deodorize trash containers.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must meet all requirements to work legally in the U.S. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK MUST BE RELIABLE MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION $200 SIGN-ON BONUS Part Time Shift Work Schedule:
• Part-time, Night Shift
• Mondays
• Fridays
• 11:00PM-1:00AM *Saturday
• Sunday 12:00AM-2:00AM *$13.00/HOUR
