Telehealth Contract Therapist Illinois Based FBHC

**Job Summary:**We are seeking a Fully Licensed Therapist to work as an Independent Contractor in a hybrid remote telehealth capacity. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work with a reputable organization in the Chicago area. This position has flexibility for telehealth but MUST must reside in Illinois.Qualifications:- Master�s or Doctorate from an accredited clinical program in psychology, counseling, or social work

• Fully licensed LCPC or LCSW or Licensed Psychologist in Illinois
• Valid Illinois driver�s license required
• Prior experience working with youth, families, or gender-specific programs preferredResponsibilities:- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth
• Maintain accurate case documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Participate in team meetings, utilization reviews, and crisis interventions as needed
• Meet billing and service hour targets while ensuring compliance with Medicaid/DCFS standardsBenefits:
